Comfort Inn & Suites Alameda at Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta Park

My wife and I came for the balloon fiesta, as expected the price went up relative to usual. Yet was acceptable. Location was perfect. Our room was on the third floor west side facing north. We could see lots of balloons from our window. We could also walk to the balloon fiesta. About 1.7 miles. Better than all the traffic and parking hassles. The hotel itself is your average mid range facility, rooms clean and functional. Breakfast was typical variety of cereals, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, etc. Coffee was excellent. Stephanie, the manager was incredibly nice and helpful. Amazing really. She provided information for local restaurants, things to do, advice regarding the fiesta, really did a great job making us feel welcome.

Had to stay here in a pinch on a long road trip. Staff was extremely friendly, rooms were clean, and the breakfast had a big selection. Highly recommend

We appreciated this place on our cross country trip. Clean, allowed pets so be aware of you are allergic, many people had pets including us. Comfortable bed, good breakfast. Typical hotel that needs some maintenance but nothing not expected ( paint patches, cracked caulking, dings on doors, etc. ) good hotel for travelers or families. Front desk was helpful. Signs warn about not leaving valuables in car even though it looks like a safe parking lot.

We travel a lot, and given the price of this room, I was a little apprehensive. We just needed somewhere to lay our head for the night though, so we rolled the dice. I genuinely cannot understand why this joint doesn't have better reviews? It's a great hotel. Staff was friendly, the rooms are stocked and clean, beds are decent with plenty of pillows, lobby it decorated really cute for Christmas, breakfast is your standard American hotel continental breakfast. The rooms look just like the pictures online. Our room was $81 after taxes through Priceline. We're traveling with family and rented multiple rooms. No complaints across the board. The pet fee is very reasonable at a one time charge of $25 per room and covers multiple pets. The gentleman at the desk last night was very helpful. I can't remember his name, but he had dark hair and glasses. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great place out of most choice hotels in the Albuquerque area. All the other choice hotels are bad in many ways but not this hotel. It's up to choice standards and continues to give comfort and a good reputation. Comfortable beds, and a good place to rest..all the amenities you may need, nice friendly staff and clean overall. My only disappointment was the weak tv channel line up, needs Internet tv badly, or better channels. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This is our third stay at this location and I must share a huge disappointment for this visit. . I forgot a dress and a jersey in the closet. When I realized the next day what I had done, I immediately called the front desk. The front desk person asked me to call back in a couple of hours when the room maids came to work. When I called back he said(not surprisingly)that no one saw the items in the closet and nothing was turned in to the manager. Sad, very sad. All other stats have been wonderful.

decent location, quiet, BK, gas station whataburger near by, interstate near by as well, swimming pool + hot tub avail; breakfast- scramble eggs/ sausage waffles good. overall decently priced & location is good, casino near too;. only thing is my son had issues with bedbugs it looked like; before we got there, no issues- slept overnight, my son had small bite marks around back of his neck n chest, doesn’t happen at home

Clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and a great indoor pool and jacuzzi. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Although we were there for only one night, we absolutely loved the place. The breakfast area and options were excellent—perfect for kick-starting the day on a high note.
